Order Processing & Delivery
  • We prepare food fresh for every order, and delivery is attempted only once to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number at the time of ordering.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, or the address is incorrect, the order will be considered delivered, and no refunds will be processed.
  • We deliver Breakfast: 07:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Lunch & Dinner: 12:00 AM – 11:00 PM every day except major public holidays.
  • Orders are delivered through our in-house delivery service or reliable third-party logistics partners.
  • While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Bulk & Pre-Orders
  • For bulk orders or party catering, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Pre-booked orders will be delivered as per the scheduled time and date.

Refund Policy

We take great care in preparing and packaging our food. However, if you experience any issues, we are here to assist.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect or Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon delivery.
  2. Quality Issues: If there is a legitimate concern about the freshness or quality of the food, please reach out to us within 1 hour of delivery with proof (photos, description of the issue).
  3. Order Not Delivered: If an order is not delivered due to an issue from our end, we will initiate a full refund or provide a replacement.
Non-Refundable Cases
  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns.
  • Incorrect Address or Unavailability: If the recipient is unavailable or the provided address is incorrect, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
  • Change of Mind: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless we are unable to fulfill it.
Refund Processing Time
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • If the payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same account.
